MacRostie Historic Advisors offers a strong team to secure preservation tax incentives and to comply with federal, state, and municipal regulations and guidelines affecting historic resources. Collectively, the MacRostie team has prepared hundreds of successful tax credit applications, National Register nominations, and effective permitting and compliance submittals.
Our experienced professional staff meets the Secretary of the Interior's Professional Qualification Standards. Several team members have professional experience in both the private and public sectors, providing a unique understanding of historic resources and the regulatory process. We maintain strong professional relationships with review staffs at the National Park Service and the State Historic Preservation Offices.
