The MN Preservation Awards are awarded by Rethos, the newly renamed Preservation Alliance of Minnesota. The awards celebrate recent successful preservation projects across the entire state of Minnesota. Press House Apartments occupy the former Pioneer Press newspaper offices in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota.
