Kim Smith Barnett has joined MHA as the new director of the Boston office. Kim is an experienced tax credit consultant with over 17 years in the industry. Most recently, she worked at the Providence Revolving Fund both as a historic consultant as well as a lender and equity partner in historic property developments. Kim’s diverse background in historic real estate development makes her a valuable addition to the Boston office. She will manage the Boston team as well as work directly on projects throughout the market and pursue new business opportunities.
“We are delighted to welcome Kim Smith Barnett to our growing team,” said Bill MacRostie, MHA founder and senior partner. “Kim has a solid reputation and comes to her new role with a wealth of experience in the historic tax credit industry, particularly in New England. She will be a valuable addition to our leadership team.”
