National Register Nominations

The National Register of Historic Places is a federal program administered by the National Park Service, a division of the U.S. Department of Interior. The National Register program coordinates and supports public and private efforts to identify, evaluate, and protect America's historic resources. Properties listed on the National Register of Historic Places - either individually or as part of a historic district - are eligible for federal rehabilitation tax credits and other local and state incentive programs.

MacRostie Historic Advisors has expertise and experience in completing the extensive multi-step research and documentation process required to nominate a building or group of buildings for listing on the National Register. We have completed National Register nominations for individual properties, historic districts, and multiple property submissions, encompassing projects ranging from single family homes to large commercial and residential districts. Our experienced staff has a proven track record of successfully and efficiently guiding nominations through the listing process.
