For owners who have recently acquired or are contemplating the purchase of an older property, MacRostie Historic Advisors provides information on the historic status of the property, including any review requirements and financial incentives associated with local landmark or National Register listing. Our staff can also evaluate proposed redevelopment plans for adherence to the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation.
For historic redevelopment projects already approved for historic tax credits and currently underway, we can provide consulting services to ensure that all project conditions approved by the National Park Service are adhered to and that all necessary paperwork is filed to achieve final tax credit certification.
