The Northeast Office of MacRostie Historic Advisors provides historic preservation consulting services to clients in the New England market and New York State. The office is headed by Boston-based Albert S. Rex, a recognized figure in the New England historic preservation field and an author of the original legislation that created the Massachusetts Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit. Albert offers clients a unique understanding of the state tax credit process and application criteria.

Services provided by the Northeast Office of MacRostie Historic Advisors include:
