Our New Midwest Office is Open

SUSAN BALDWIN JOINT VENTURE
MacRostie Historic Advisors LLC is pleased to announce a significant expansion of our nationwide historic tax credit consulting practice with the opening of a new Midwest office in Chicago. The new office is a joint venture with Susan Baldwin Burian of Baldwin Historic Properties. Susan has had a prominent career in historic tax credit consulting and has been the dominant player in large-scale rehabilitations in the Chicago market for many years. We are very pleased to be joining forces with such a well-respected colleague in the Midwest market.
ALLEN JOHNSON JOINS FIRM
We are equally pleased to announce the addition of Allen F. Johnson as Director of the Midwest Office. Allen brings to MHA over 20 years of professional experience in historic preservation planning and consulting, including nine years as Director of Architectural Review with the Massachusetts State Historic Preservation Office and nine years in private practice assisting clients to secure certification for state and federal historic tax credits for large commercial projects. A native of Wisconsin, Allen’s move to Chicago marks a return to his Midwestern roots. Allen is a valuable addition to the MHA team and his experience and presence in Chicago will assist in an important expansion of our nationwide practice
